Soul Kiss Films

Soul Kiss Films is an independent film company committed to making films for women, about women, by women.

The company originated as the "love child" of producer Marina Rice Bader and writer/director Nicole Conn, and is driven by two directives. One, to create quality cinema that fulfills the need in the LGBT community for "more good movies" and "stories that speak to our experience" and two, support female driven projects in what is still a male dominated industry.

Soul Kiss makes captivating films that lift you up, sweep you away, and deal with matters of the heart and soul. We tell love stories, and we believe that a great romance will always be in style.

We are currently finishing "A Perfect Ending", a new feature length film about one woman's very unique path to self-discovery. Please check out the project's page for details. We also have three other features in the works, which you can find out about on the Films in Development page.

BARBARA NIVEN in "A Perfect Ending"

Barbara Niven is definitely living her dreams! She's one of Hollywood's busiest actresses, and served on the National Board of Directors for the Screen Actors Guild. She has more than 100 TV and film roles to her credit, appearing on Lifetime, Hallmark, NCIS, Cold Case and One Life to Live, as well as playing Marilyn Monroe in "The Rat Pack." As a host and spokesperson, she's been in over 2,500 radio & TV commercials and infomercials. She's also a media trainer, motivational speaker, author and producer.

JESSICA CLARK IN "A PERFECT ENDING"

Jessica Clark was born in London, in the UK. While still in high school, Jessica won a nationally televised modeling competition and began to work as a fashion model. Her ensuing modeling career meant that she traveled the world, also living for a time in Paris and then New York. Her career highlights as a model have included appearing in the pages of Vogue, Elle, Marie Claire, Glamour and Jalouse magazines and walking the runway for designers such as Hermes, Bottega Venetta and Matthew Williamson.

TRACI DINWIDDIE in "Elena Undone"

"From Supernatural to Sapphic romance, Traci Dinwiddie has earned her cult following" Curve Magazine, 2011. For all of you social media mavens, you may know Traci as @groovegoddess on twitter where she helms a super fun community of fans known as her T~bugs. Although you may most recognize her from her award winning performance as Peyton Lombard in Elena Undone, she is also one of the unique female guest stars recurring on CW's "Supernatural" as the badass and blind psychic, Pamela Barnes. Traci has over 30 films under her lovely belt, most recently Sundance pick "To.get.her" and "Destiny Road".

NECAR ZADEGAN in "Elena Undone"

Necar Zadegan was born in Germany and currently resides in Los Angeles where she splits her time between television, film and stage work. Her latest film,"Unthinkable," sees her starring alongside Samuel L. Jackson and Michael Sheen. Her film work includes Adam Sandler's "You Don't Mess With The Zohan" and "Joshua Tree". She also recently conquered Broadway in "Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo" starring Robin Williams

MORGAN FAIRCHILD in "A Perfect Ending"

Morgan is a superb performer, but there's more to this talented actress than meets the eye. In addition to her accomplishments as an actress, Morgan is an outspoken and dedicated supporter of AIDS research efforts, the pro-choice movement and a great range of environmental issues, among others.

JOHN HEARD in "A Perfect Ending"

John Heard is one of Hollywood's most recognizable actors. He has appeared in over 70 films, including "Home Alone", "Pollock", "The Pelican Brief", "Beaches", "Big", and "Awakenings" to name a few.
