Marina Rice Bader is in charge of the day-to-day operations of Soul Kiss Films and is the Executive Producer of all of our movies. She's the person to "green light" a project, whether one written and/or directed by Nicole, or purchasing/optioning a book, short story or screenplay and overseeing the adaptation, expansion or re-writing thereof. She "packages" the project, meaning hiring the director, line producer, and in conjunction with the director, the cast. Marina works with the team to determine the budget, how long the film can afford to shoot, and where. Throughout pre-production, production and post-production, this particular executive producer is very instrumental in all major decisions. She basically considers each project to be one of her "babies", and as with all children, must figure out how to pay for them.

Nicole is responsible for overseeing the creative aspects of the films she writes and/or directs for Soul Kiss, and it's through her eyes those films come to life. She develops the vision and makes sure that every aspect of the project aligns with her interpretation. It's Nicole's responsibility to turn the written word into a visual story. She works with the cinematographer to decide camera angles, lens effects, and lighting. With the set designer she makes sure the setting and locations are in keeping with the story. As director she determines the actors' moves, emotions, and voice as they present their interpretation of the character. The list is really endless.

Fontessa de Ridder, MFA, has been directing, editing and producing TV shows and movies both in the US and abroad for over a decade. After completing a B.A. in Journalism, she worked briefly for a newspaper and a renowned newsreel, only to discover her true passion: Facts 0 – Fiction 10. Fontessa wanted more and moved to San Francisco where she completed a Master of Fine Arts in Motion Pictures and Television. While her short film 'You're Cordially Uninvited' is hitting the film festival circuit, she is currently co-editing 'A Perfect Ending' with Nicole Conn and will be working closely with Marina to develop future projects that are in line with the Soul Kiss Films mission statement.

Rachelle Goodness is co-owner of PR Services, Inc, a communications firm that was started by her and her partner in 1992. Their focus is on small and medium business communications combined with strategic marketing campaigns.

Melanie Rice is the owner of Melanie Rice Entertainment, LLC, a company she founded in 1995, that provides outstanding music and entertainment for social, corporate and casino events in the tri-state area. In 2008, Melanie founded a second company, MRE Talent Management, an artist management company through which she manages several emerging artists in the music, television and film industries.

She most recently added "Film Producer" to her list of credits and is the Associate Producer of the upcoming feature film "A Perfect Ending".

Gayl Curtiss, Vice President of Marketing, believes she has the coolest job in the country. She gets to work with amazing women making incredible movies. How does it get better than that?

Gayl retired as EVP/General Manager from the largest advertising agency in the Pacific Northwest after 20 years of service. Her former clients are a "who's who" of international brands. She was a featured speaker at numerous marketing conventions and conferences and was on the editorial board of Target Magazine. Favorite quote: "Been there, done that, got the scars to prove it."

Tal Lazar is a professional director of photography and has worked on a wide range of projects in genres spanning drama, horror and comedy.

In 2010, he completed three feature films: ELENA UNDONE, THE PERFECT HOUSE, and THREE BLIND SAINTS. He holds an MFA degree from the world renowned American Film Institute Conservatory. During his final year of completion, he received the FotoKem Cinematography Grant and Panavision's New Filmmakers Grant for his thesis film "Shadow Man".
